Coronavirus Update
Stock update:
Covid has led to huge disruption in our supply chain, and the boom in cycling has meant that it has become very difficult, in some cases impossible for us to get the bikes and stock that you want. We are hoping that this will be resolved soon, and that as the world starts the return to normal we will slowly see our stock replenished and the ease of getting bikes for you increased.
Still come and have a chat with us about what you are after..in some cases we are able to pre-order 2021 stock, so that when it is available you are one of the first to get your hands on what you want.
This is all out of our control, and we hope normal service will be resumed as soon as possible!!
We are open:
Under the government guidelines announced in March, bike shops are allowed to remain open to allow for repairs and servicing. This allows people to still use their bikes to get to work, and to use them for their form of exercise.
In order for us to maintain social distancing rules, Stephen and I will be minimising our time together in the shop as much as possible. I am also at home with my children more, as my wife is a key worker. This does mean that unfortunately we are not able to get through as many repairs as normal. So if you would like your bike looked at please do get in touch before bringing it down to us, so that we can provide you with accurate information and timelines for when we will be able to look at it for you.
Some deliveries are taking longer than normal and this is beyond our control, so we may have a lengthier wait if we need to order parts for your repair. Please call us on 01900 823377 or email or face-book message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Our current opening times during the coronavirus lockdown period is :
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday : 10am - 4pm
CLOSED Thursday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
AS OF THE 24TH JULY IT IS NOW COMPULSORY TO WEAR MASKS WHEN IN A SHOP, WE POLITELY ASK ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO COMPLY WITH THIS GUIDANCE.
